Alisha Hathaway is a veteran business leader and expert in client relationship development, public affairs and thought leadership.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Hathaway has developed a robust career advising and assisting leaders to identify business challenges, building high-functioning teams and leadership strategies, including succession and executive assessment. She has established deep relationships with C-suite executives and thought leaders in Fortune 500 companies, global media and non-profit organizations.

Before joining The Alexander Group, Ms. Hathaway was with Russell Reynolds Associates, advising clients on leadership roles, including CEO, CMO, and COO in professional services, media and technology, social impact, and other mission-driven organizations.

Prior to her executive search and advisory work, Ms. Hathaway served as Vice President of Integrated Media Programs at CNBC, where she focused on building the firm’s thought leadership powerhouse anchored in marquis events and councils, partnering with executives across some of the world’s most impactful companies and organizations. Earlier, at The Wall Street Journal, she was an integral part of building and growing the hallmark leadership councils such as the CEO Council, CMO Network, and CFO Network.
