Erik Brydges is DSPolitical’s Senior Vice President of Advertising Technology. Erik is based in Washington D.C. and is the head of the Technology and Innovations department, leading both the company’s Technology and Development teams. In 2019, Erik was named Technology Leader of the Year by Campaigns & Elections.
Erik has been with DSPolitical since 2014 when he started as one of the company’s first Fellows. Since then, Erik has been instrumental in updating DSPolitical’s business operations and advertising technology stack to support the company’s efforts through both the 2016 Presidential election, and the 2018 midterm cycle.
Prior to joining DSPolitical, Erik worked in London with both the International Meat Trade Association (IMTA) where he conducted agricultural policy research and member analysis, and at Chime Sports Marketing where he served as the account lead for the official sailing venue for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games during the run-up to the 2012 Games.
Erik holds a double major with honors in International Relations and Global Affairs, and Political Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida where he also sailed varsity all four years.
