As a young person growing up in central Texas, Pierce was able to see Senator Obama during his 08 campaign near his home. This wouldn’t be an area he would win generally, but the fact that he came anyway and shared his new vision for the United States always stuck with me and helped me believe a better world was possible.

From there, Pierce became politically active as a high school debater and local volunteer and proceeded to go to college in DC.

Pierce interned on the hill for his representative, Lloyd Doggett, and a few various non-profits there, but ultimately, he wanted to return to working with people directly on field campaigns.

After various campaigns in various states, Pierce moved back home, and he was thrilled to be able to do his first remote Presidential cycle in his home state.
