Brianna Gaines is an HR Generalist at DSPolitical. She has over four years of experience supporting HR, recruiting, compliance, and business operations across the law, education, nonprofit, and technology industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from McDaniel College and is passionate about helping organizations build strong teams and create positive experiences for employees and candidates alike.

Known for being kind, curious, and hardworking, Brianna enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and working to foster an environment for employees to feel engaged and encouraged.

Outside of work, she can often be found competing in trivia nights, experimenting with new cocktail recipes, singing karaoke, or searching for the next great brunch or happy hour spot. She believes that while meaningful work matters, making time for fun and connection is just as important.
