Eloise Lepesqueur serves as DSPolitical’s Chief Operating Officer, where she continually reviews and streamlines our internal processes to improve results for our clients. She has also built our employee development programs that ensure our highly skilled staff continues to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving digital advertising space. Her intense focus on optimizing our employee performance is a critical factor in providing our clients with the best experience possible, and the most advanced and impactful advertising campaigns possible. Being at DSPolitical has allowed her to return to the progressive roots she remembered from her start at the Women’s Caucus of Maryland and at the Center for Policy Alternatives working tirelessly with state legislators and activists across the 50 states on a Women’s Economic Agenda.

She’s no stranger to complex operational requirements, navigating large numbers of technical systems, and removing obstacles to project successes having managed enterprise-scale projects as a Program Director with CSRA, Inc. (formerly SRA International), and Senior Manager for National Security Solutions at MorganFranklin Corporation.

Eloise is a graduate of the University of Maryland, earning her degree in sociology with a concentration in government and politics. She’s also a certified Project Management Professional and is a native of the DC-area (no, really, they do exist).
