Yasmeen is a Business Operations Intern at DSPolitical and a Government & Politics and Economics student at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is interested in political consulting, public affairs, and the role data and technology play in modern campaigns. At DSPolitical, she is excited to learn more about the operations that support political strategy during the 2026 election cycle.

Before joining DSPolitical, Yasmeen gained experience through political campaigns, nonprofit advocacy, and student leadership. She also contributed to the development of a nationwide election mapping platform for prospective candidates using ArcGIS, Excel, and AI tools. Building on this background and her academic coursework in political research methods, she focuses on using data to inform real-world political strategy and decision-making.

Outside of work, Yasmeen loves traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. She’ll never pass up the chance to explore a new city or find a great matcha latte along the way!
