Yuguo is an incoming Programmatic Trading Intern at DSPolitical. Her path into politics has been shaped by international experience and campaign outreach.
She is currently studying Political Science with a minor in Statistics at the University of Florida. At UF, Yuguo works on voter data research with Dr. Daniel A. Smith, using large Florida voter files to study political behavior and party affiliation over time. She has also been involved in Democratic campaign outreach in Florida, including canvassing and voter contact through MiniVAN during the 2024 election cycle. These experiences have deepened her interest in how field organizing and digital strategy can work together to reach voters more effectively.

Growing up in Shenzhen, studying across different educational systems, and later transferring to the United States gave Yuguo a strong interest in how people from different backgrounds understand politics and civic participation. As someone who speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she is especially interested in language access and helping campaigns communicate with communities that are often overlooked.

Outside of work and school, Yuguo enjoys traveling, free diving, golf, concerts, you can always find her exploring new local restaurants and coffee shops.
